POSITION TITLE: Mobile Response Clinical Supervisor

SALARY RANGE: $78,000.00 - $95,036.00 Salary
Summary: Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team including implementation of MRSS program and Adult Mobile Crisis. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, triage staff and provides support to agency-wide Emergency Response System (ERS). Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training on the MRSS Model and acts as a leader within the agency in the area of Emergency Services.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc ) required
· Required to be in independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
· Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 1year prior clinical supervisory experience required
· Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus
· QMHP or QMHP eligible
· LCDP or experience in substance use is beneficial
· Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
· Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
· Flexible schedule with some evenings
· Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
· Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
· Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements: This position requires community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance • Ability to communicate effectively • Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators • Ability to lift up to 20lbs • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
