We're looking for an experienced Area Manager to help lead our café teams across Providence and Newport.
This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys building strong teams. You'll work closely with our store leaders to support day-to-day operations, create great guest experiences, and help continue growing The Nitro Bar.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hospitality experience
- 2–3 years of multi-unit food & beverage management experience (coffee experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of P&L statements, KPIs, and financial reporting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing scheduling, labor, and inventory across multiple locations
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and building great teams
