Recovery Housing Program Assistant

Role Overview:
A detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the administrative oversight of quality assurance systems for recovery housing programs. The Recovery Housing Program Assistant is also responsible for the project coordination and management of the Dimensions Life Skills Training Program. This role ensures consistent high-quality service delivery across recovery residences while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) standards and best practices. Personal lived experience with recovery housing preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Quality Monitoring:
- Monitor compliance with NARR standards and state requirements
- Identify areas for program enhancement
Data Collection:
- Maintain quality assurance tracking systems
- Maintain and track incident and grievance reports
- Administer and track Technical Assistance evaluations
Documentation & Compliance:
- Review program documentation for completeness
- Ensure proper maintenance of required records
- Track certification and recertification requirements
- Review resident documentation practices
- Maintain quality assurance files
Training & Support:
- Assist in training coordinations and meeting scheduling
- Maintain meeting and training minutes
- Provide administrative support to Training Facilitator
- Verify staff training compliance and completion
Dimensions Life skills Training Program:
- Coordinate and manage the Dimensions Life Skills Training Program
- Provide technical assistance and support to Recovery House managers in training delivery
- Maintain training data tracking and reporting systems
- Assist in the sustainability planning of the Dimensions Life skills Training Program
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge of recovery community and culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of recovery housing or behavioral health services
- Knowledge of the addiction recovery process
- Experience with NARR standards implementation
- Background in recovery housing operations
- Knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods
- Understanding of recovery-oriented systems of care
- Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or equivalent
- Experience in recovery community organization
