What You’ll Do

• Submit, track, and manage electronic claims using our billing software
• Obtain referrals, pre-authorizations, and verify insurance coverage
• Monitor unpaid claims and ensure payments are accurate
• Investigate and appeal denied claims to ensure proper reimbursement
• Maintain compliance with all billing regulations and internal procedures
• Keep detailed, organized records that support smooth operations

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of hands-on medical billing experience
• Medical billing certification
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding, HCFA 1500, and UB-04
• Experience with billing software and electronic medical records

What Your Day Looks Like
