Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model for clients within a Health Home treatment environment
  • Coach clients in recognizing strengths and developing healthy coping strategies
  • Provide mentoring to promote self-sufficiency and sustained recovery
  • Deliver peer support services in-office, in the community, and in clients’ homes
  • Document all client encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) within 48 hours
  • Meet productivity standards

 

Schedule

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Rhode Island State Certification as a Peer Specialist or Wellness Coach
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance (travel required)
  • Lived experience with recovery and a willingness to share insights appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
