What We're Looking For: We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Group Facilitator to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Group Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to lead therapeutic group sessions that foster a supportive and transformative environment for individuals navigating the challenges of substance use disorders.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Transformative Group Sessions: Create a space where individuals can explore their recovery journey, share experiences, and support each other through evidence-based group therapy sessions.
  • Empower Through Education: Provide psychoeducation on addiction, coping mechanisms, and life skills, empowering participants to take charge of their recovery.
  • Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of each group member.
  • Be an Agent of Change: Foster an environment of trust, respect, and empathy, facilitating a sense of belonging and motivation for positive change.

What You'll Need:

  • Passion and Dedication: A genuine desire to support individuals in their journey to recovery and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certification or licensure preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, particularly with individuals dealing with substance use disorders.
  • Compassion and Empathy: An ability to listen actively, show empathy, and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
