Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the clinical services provided at the treatment facility.
  • Lead and supervise a team of licensed clinicians, counselors, and support staff.
  • Supervision and documentation of supervision for all unlicensed staff members providing services to clients.
  • Provides oversight for crisis issues.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall treatment experience.
  • Conduct regular assessments of treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in substance abuse treatment.

 Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field
  • Current and valid clinical license (LCDP, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a substance abuse treatment setting
  • An acute understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for alcoholism and drug addiction-related problems.
  • A knowledge of regulations concerning alcoholism and drug addiction treatment.
  • Working knowledge of alcoholism and drug addiction and treatment procedures for such illnesses.
  • In-depth understanding of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders and their appropriate treatments/interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse clinical team.
  • Understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive treatment environment.

Salary Description

$75,000 - $80,000 yearly
