POSITION TITLE: Clinical Supervisor, Foster Care

PROGRAM: Foster Care 

FULL TIME Full Time 

SALARY RANGE: $75,820.00 - $94,273.00 Salary

Summary: Responsible for the supervision and management of the Treatment Foster Care Clinicians and Case Managers. Carries cases as necessary. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed. Builds and maintains positive relationships with the Department of Children, Youth and Families. Assists Clinical Director with continuous program development, implementation and improvement.

Qualifications:

· LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.

· Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must

· Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

· Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

· Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.

· Lift up to 201bs.

· Communicate by voice, use sight and hearing.
