Residential Worker
Working either second or third shift, our residential workers are responsible for ensuring safe operations in our 3.1 and/or 3.5 residential buildings. Residential workers serve as role models for our residents by adhering to house policies and procedures and creating a safe environment for all. Residential workers may need to obtain urine or breathalyzer screens from clients, or complete incident reports in the case of an emergency. Residential workers must also administer medications to residents as required and document administration.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a high school diploma or GED, must be able to provide a BCI & NCIC, and must have 2 years sober if in recovery.
