POSITION TITLE: Mobile Response Family and Youth Support Partner 

PROGRAM: Behavioral Health 

FULL TIME Full-Time

SALARY RANGE: $21.77 -27.07

Summary: The Mobile Response Family and Youth Support Partner will work collaboratively as part of the Emergency Services Team to support recovery and overall wellness of referred clients. They will provide ongoing crisis stabilization services and support to families / caregivers in navigating the behavioral health crisis response system. Accompany Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) clinician during crisis evaluations and provide direct support to parents/caregivers and youth. Support brief interventions that address behavior and safety. The Family Partner will work collaboratively with MRSS clinicians, the family, community, school and other providers as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age, and hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have experience working with youth, preferably within the behavioral health or crisis field (may be exchanged for an Associate’s Degree in a relevant subject matter)
  • Certified in First Aid/CPR and as a Community Responder
  • An understanding and belief in the recovery process required
  • Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
  • Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
  • Flexible schedule with some evenings are required
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
  • Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires residential & community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
  • Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
