 We are hiring a Temporary Recruitment Specialist - Part Time

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiting Specialist will support Talent Acquisition initiatives and deliverables including, but not limited to, the following key areas:

 

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high volume roles (PSRs, MAs)
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers ensuring they feel supported and informed on their open roles.
  • Conduct telephone screenings with candidates for employment.
  • Coordinate multi-level interview process with ongoing feedback to each candidate.
  • Update applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain records, reports and logs about applicant flow, interviews conducted, and staffing.
  • Conduct reference checks   

 

Qualifications: 

Required Qualifications: 

3-5 years of recruiting experience, utilizing an ATS and CRM    

Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal with all levels of staff, as well as external agencies and individuals.   

Must be detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills.   

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.   

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Experience utilizing DayForce ATS
