POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
PROGRAM: DCYF CHT
FULL TIME: Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: $49920.00 - $62067.20
Summary: Works as an essential part of a dynamic and creative team to ensure quality service implementation. Provides support and project management to all programs in the Home Division. Assists the Vice President and Program Directors in the department’s required goals, objectives, deliverables, and financial targets of new and ongoing initiatives. Participates in internal and external meetings focused on service delivery relevant to the Home Division. Assists with forecasting and developing new best practice programming and partnerships to support client/community need. Ensures compliance with quality standards and all federal, state, and administrative body laws and regulations. Champions PQI initiatives and ensures adherence to all funding and accreditation requirements. Support departmental facets of Quality Assurance, Medical Records, Health Information, Outcomes, and Research. Identifies, communicates and assists in the attainment of program mission objectives, strategic goals, standards of care and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s preferred
Experience in project development, management, data and evaluation
Experience in social services a plus
Highly advanced critical thinking skills, creativity, flexibility in meeting changing priorities and demands; ability to think in broad and detailed terms; keen attention to detail; comfortable with identifying and resolving obstacles to improvement/goals
Demonstrated experience building alliances and relationships
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex objectives and projects in effective and easily understood terms (‘layman’s terms’)
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and overall computer proficiency
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
Flexible schedule with some evenings
Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
Ability to communicate effectively
Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
