Summary: The clinical manager will lead the development, facilitation, and implementation of trauma-informed training initiatives for FSRI’s Center for Trauma-Informed Policing (TIP), a SAMHSA-funded National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) Category II Treatment and Services Adaptation Center. The TIP Center serves as an ongoing resource for law enforcement across the nation interested in becoming child trauma-informed through training and partnership with community-based organizations to mitigate the effects of childhood trauma exposure and reduce the risk of revictimization. The clinical manager will work with first responder agencies (such as police, fire, EMS, Department of Corrections, and military police) to promote and expand trauma-informed practices, including FSRI’s nationally recognized GO TEAM® co-response model.
Qualifications:
Clinical licensure and expertise in child trauma required.
LICSW preferred, or related clinical license to practice independently.
Masters degree in clinical fields such counseling or family trauma also accepted.
Two to five years related project management experience preferred.
Experience in supervising and teaching strongly preferred. Proficient skills in Excel, Canva, PowerPoint and other software consistent with project needs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills required.
FSRI greatly values language capacity and bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.
Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
