What You'll Do:

Be the Heart of Our Operations! As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be at the center of everything that makes our practice run smoothly:

  • Be the welcoming first face clients see when they arrive at our health center
  • Master patient care coordination with check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling
  • Handle insurance verification and account collections with professionalism
  • Create an inviting reception area that makes patients feel comfortable and cared for
  • Work with cutting-edge technology including NextGen Electronic Medical Records
  • Batch daily encounters and manage confidential information with the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional confidentiality
