Community Treatment Specialist - Full Time Position
Location: 2 Old County Road, Barrington, RI

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives? EBCAP is seeking a full-time Community Treatment Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary Integrated Health Home Team. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to provide essential support services to clients in our community.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive case management and care coordination duties on our Community Support Team
- Provide direct assistance, advocacy, coordination of care, and individualized support to clients
- Assist clients in scheduling and attending medical, eye, and dental health care appointments
- Document all encounters in the electronic medical record within 48 hours
- Complete required clinical documentation including Treatment Plans and Yearly Assessments to meet licensing and regulatory standards
- Meet established productivity standards
- Help clients access state and federal entitlements including SSI, SSDI, food stamps, and Medicaid
- Assist clients in obtaining and maintaining safe and affordable housing
Schedule
Primary Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with flexibility to 5:00 PM based on team needs)
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance (travel required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
