POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships
PROGRAM: Administration
FULL TIME: 40 hours per week
Summary: The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships leads and oversees FSRI’s relationships with community partners and stakeholders in an effort to support the agency’s mission and vision. Responsible for developing and executing a strategic, innovative and collaborative plan to identify and engage community stakeholders to respond to critical community needs. Serves as the agency liaison with current and new partners to identify and negotiate new opportunities. Oversees the agency’s clinical internship program through establishment of relationships with higher education and creation of a hub for FSRI interns. Supports program development and outreach to enhance services and client impact.
Qualifications:
Independent clinical licensure required: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Experience in program management, including cross-functional collaboration and oversight.
Demonstrated success in fundraising and development efforts.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, particularly in managing interns or early-career professionals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently at a high-level, as well as part of a team.
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Flexible schedule with some evenings required
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
