Community Care Alliance is a long standing, non-profit organization serving children, youth and families within the northern Rhode Island area. We address a range of mental health challenges within home and community environments, to meet the needs of those we serve.

The clinician will provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents with significant behavioral health challenges in home and community-based settings.

Job Duties:

The clinicians will be expected to:

  • Provide individual and family counseling utilizing a variety of modalities in addressing a diverse population, including complex trauma, social determinants of health, underrepresented populations and social challenges.

  • Collaboration with internal and external providers to enhance care.

  • Provide crisis assessments, risk management, and safety planning.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Previous experience working with Children, Youth and Family preferred.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrates a sincere desire to help and support the individuals served.
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and strong computer skills.

Education/Licensing Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling or related discipline Required
  • LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT Preferred
  • Bilingual; English, Spanish, Portuguese Strongly encouraged to apply
