PROGRAM:  Community Health Team 
FULL TIME:  40 hours per week  
SALARY RANGE:  $55,358.00 - $78,597.00 

Summary: Provides trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and intensive clinical supports build on the foundations of Trauma System Therapy (TST). Participates on a trauma responsive multi-disciplinary team that provides families with clinical stabilization, care coordination, assists with accessing needed resources/services, and supports families in navigating systems. Participates in the Agency’s on-call emergency service provision as scheduled. Flexible schedule. 

Qualifications:  

  • Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required. 

  • Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor. 

  • Experience working with children exposed to trauma preferred. 

  • Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs. 

  • Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated.  

  • Flexible schedule. 

  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must. 

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team. 

  • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
