Certified Recovery Adviser (CRA) Manager
Position Summary:
A CRA is an exclusive position available within Aware Recovery Care. CRAs are a part of a multidisciplinary Addiction Treatment team guiding and directing clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program which provides services for up to a full year. The CRA Manager has hands-on experience as a CRA and has exhibited strong leadership and communication qualities.
This position will require travel between both the Wallingford, CT office and the North Kingstown, RI office on a weekly basis
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

Effective and efficient management of a team of CRAs

Monitor CRA Clinical documentation in the EMR system

Audit CRA weekly visit logs, mileage, and expenses

Assign CRAs to new clients based on age, gender, location, and personal story match

Serve as guidance for CRAs and mediators in situations of immediate need pertaining to clients

Supports and advocates for the CRA team

Continued employee development and identification of staff training needs

Extract requested client and CRA data from the EMR

Report any discrepancies in CRA audit reports, higher-level staff concerns, hiring and development needs to the Executive Team

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-
Holds DARC or CAC certification or eligibility within 6 months
-
2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred
