POSITION TITLE: Grants Management Project Manager 
PROGRAM: Greenville House/Residential  
FULL TIME: 40 hours per week  
SALARY RANGE: $$24.00 - $29.84  

Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional who is confident, self-assured, and proud of their individuality to be our Grants Project Manager (GPM).  The GPM will ensure the success of the entire grants team by coordinating and managing teams to develop and win major grant solicitations that support the mission of FSRI and our affiliates. The GPM will also collaborate with other members of the Grants team to achieve their goals. 

Qualifications:  

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Stellar writing skills; clear and persuasive verbal communication skills 
  • Evidence of commitment to the work of the non-profit sector 
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace 
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people 
  • Strong knowledge of the grant administration lifecycle 
  • Experience in developing high quality grant submissions – including federal, state, and local proposals and/or major foundations. 
  • Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative in thinking and solutions approach 
  • Progressive experience in successful development programs and knowledge of "best practices" in grant administration 
  • Ability to set and achieve strategic objectives 
  • Excellent computer and research skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. as well as federal grants systems such as grants.gov and JustGrants 
  • Knowledge of Monday.com, not required, but a plus 
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license 
  • A criminal record check is required 
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience 

Physical Requirements: 

  • This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: 

  • Travel to and from community locations and residential site locations, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators. 

  • Ability to utilize a computer and Electronic Medical Record to complete documentation.  

  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively. 

  • Ability to push or pull 10 lbs or more 

  • Ability to pick up 10 lbs or more 

  • Ability to be trained in and implement de-escalation techniques utilizing Handle with Care when necessary.
